What we collect
Only if you join the waitlist:
- your email address;
- where the visit came from (
tiktok,instagram,youtubeordirect), read from the link you clicked; - the date you signed up.
The site sets no advertising cookie and loads no third-party tracker. Audience figures come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and identifies nobody.
What it is for
To tell you when the alpha opens and when MidiForge ships, and to know which videos bring people in. Nothing else. Your address is never sold or traded.
Who holds it
The list is kept at Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which also sends the emails. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.
Double confirmation
After you sign up you get one confirmation email. Until you click the link in it, you are not on the list and nothing else is sent to you.
How long
Until you unsubscribe, and at most three years after the last email you opened.
Your rights
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can ask at any time to see, correct or erase your data by writing to contact@midiforge.app; the answer comes within a month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
